In this "how-to" and "identity" episode, Dr. Patty shares what she learned when the Lord gave her a biblical research project on Spirit-led leadership. It was inspired by the invitation to pray the invocation prayer at her brother Dan's pinning ceremony when he became a Rear Admiral in the US Navy. She shares the qualities that the Lord desires for those in leadership including humility, integrity, service and responsibility. She also takes a deep look at the life of Daniel in the bible and the lessons that can be learned from his leadership example. The Lord shares what He is looking for in a leader as a personal message to my brother that applies to all Kingdom leaders. Jesus will show you what He sees in you as a leader in your Experience Jesus encounter time.

In this "how-to" and "identity" episode, we will look at six powerful spiritual laws that are at play that can affect your life either positively or negatively. There are two main categories of laws we will address with corresponding laws connected to them. The spiritual laws related to your beliefs are the Law of Faith, the Law of Judgement, and the Law of Honoring, Loving, and Respecting. And the spiritual laws related to your behaviors are the Law of Sowing and Reaping, the Law of Multiplication, and the Law of Delay. Dr. Patty shares the scriptures connected to each law and the benefits and consequences of the laws being at play in the positive according to God's will and in the negative going against God's will. Jesus shares what He most wants you to understand about these laws and advises you on how to align yourself with these laws in your life for you Experience Jesus encounter with Him.

In this "how-to" episode we will look at what we can understand about God's timing for your answered prayers, and how to cooperate with Him to move them along more quickly. Sometimes you are waiting on God, and he's actually waiting on you. So this episode will dive into those circumstances and how to know what is God's job and what is your job to move along an answered prayer. Dr. Patty shares her biblical research of the word "now" and how its definition sheds light on what Jesus has already done for you. How do you find what God requires from you related to your prayers from the word of God? How can you pray in alignment with God's will and know that He will answer? What is praying with an idol in your heart and how will that kind of prayer get answered? What are some clues that you may be praying with an idol in your heart and getting in your own way? In your Experience Jesus encounter, Jesus shares what He is waiting on you for and how you can cooperate with Him so he may release blessings for you.

In this 'how-to' episode, we will look at some key elements of what is required to live a life of fulfillment according to the purpose and calling for which God created you. Dr. Patty refers back to the love letter she received when she was saved and shares how God used that letter for an intensive biblical research project about what love has to do with callings. She distinguishes a personal plan from a kingdom plan and shares what Jesus had to say about what love has to do with callings. What is the connection between true fulfillment and your Christ identity?
Dr. Patty shares a Venn diagram model that she learned from Lance Wallnau's Level 10 Lifestyle training that looks at the relationships between interests, aptitudes, and God's provision. How does this model help you discover the sweet spot of your calling? What are examples of people who lived lives of great impact and how can you see those elements lining up in their life stories? Dr. Patty shares her own stories of seasons of her life where she was living in the sweet spot and was then taken back to the wilderness for training and preparation for the next upgraded season of her life. She shares a metaphor that the Lord gave her about what a kingdom calling looks like and shares the importance of walking out your calling one day at a time. Jesus shows you your own Venn diagram and talks to you about what would need to happen to position yourself for your sweet spot of your calling in the Experience Jesus encounter time.

In this "how-to" episode, we will look in depth at what it means to seek first the Kingdom of God by addressing both priorities and needs. Dr. Patty examines the meanings of some key words in Matthew 6:31-33 as it relates to God's command to seek Him first and His promises when you do. She looks at the heart's telltale signs of priority by how you spend your time, treasures and talents. She also looks at God's desire that we come to Him first for all of out needs. She tells her story of how she learned to go the Great Physician first and the miraculous effect of that holy habit. Jesus shares His heart related to allowing Him to direct your daily steps and how to trust the Comforter for your emotional and mental health needs. Jesus also challenges you to make Him your highest priority in an area of your own need and gives you a glimpse of what your life would look like when you do in your Experience Jesus encounter time.

Dr. Patty welcomes Dr. Michelle Kirby from In All Things Ministry as they dive into the "how-to's" of offensive spiritual warfare. To fight offensively, we must learn to pray God's prayers God's way. It's all about agreeing with God for who He is and who you are in Him. Jesus shares why it is important to pray with more authority and power in this kingdom season. Dr. Michelle sheds light on the authority and power of the believer to pray from God's higher vantage point and clarifies the impact of the rhythm of 'coming in and going out' with God. The ladies discuss some offensive prayer strategies as well as a list of weapons you may not have realized you had to fight the enemy's schemes. Both share stories of how using these weapons can have a powerful impact and lead to victory in your life. In this "how-to" episode, we will examine revival. What does it mean? What are the conditions that cause it? What did Jesus have to say about this season of awakening and revival? Dr. Patty looks at what can be learned by the first revival in the book of Acts. Then she shares stories and pulls out those conditions in both the Azusa revival in the early 1900s and the Toronto Blessing of the 1990s. She comments on the five lessons about revival learned by a new believer who experienced the Toronto Blessing. In this special episode, Dr. Patty shares five key lessons the Lord revealed during a ten day Mini Spirit Life Workshop tour of three cities in the Florida Panhandle and in Atlanta. What is a divine appointment? And why is it sometimes necessary to obey God's command to "go" for the proximity anointing to activate God's Kingdom intentions? The lessons learned on the adventure were:
- Disruptions can be set-ups for divine appointments,
- Sometimes divine appointments are for baton passing: linking people as the main purpose,
- Obey God's direction, one step at a time,
- Aligning with God's will is His measure of success,
- God often sets the table in advance to prepare you for the divine appointment.
Jesus adds a practical "how-to" lesson and then shows you something in your life that you may not have realized was a divine appointment. He will also speak to you about how to increase your ability to recognize assignments that lead to your divine appointments in your Experience Jesus encounter time.

In this "identity" episode, Dr. Patty dives into what it looks like to reflect true Biblical Christianity as compared to the counterfeit worldviews of the Pharisees of the Bible or the modern-day self-righteous religious spirit and the New Age belief system. She is referencing what she learned from the book Am I Being Deceived? by Drs. Mark and Patti Virkler. No one counterfeits anything that is not real or valuable. True Biblical Christianity combines the Word of God with the Holy Spirit with His interpretation and power. the New Age belief system is Lie number one which espouses the belief in the spiritual realm apart from God as its source and leader. So it is spirit without the Bible as a guide. This lie opens participants to dark spiritual forces that can damage the soul and keep them from eternal life. Pharisaicalsm or the self-righteous religious spirit believes in the Word of God apart from the Holy Spirit. This worldview as people begin with their own minds to understand the Bible, with an emphasis on the rules of the Bible, being known more for what they are against than what they are for. Leaving out the Holy Spirit and His nature and character causes them to reflect an unloving, distant, and punishing God. Dr. Patty summarizes an interesting Barna Research study on the worldview of American Christians that reveals the costs of believing and living according to the counterfeits. In this "How-To" episode, we will look at how to make decisions that are aligned with God's perfect will using a model called The Leader's Paradigm, or as I like to refer to it as; the Six Pillars of Decision Making by Dr. Mark Virkler. We will dive into each of these six ways God gives direction in detail: 1. Illumined Scripture, 2. Illumined thoughts, 3. Illumined witness in your heart, 4. Illumined counsel by others, 5. Illumined understanding of life experiences and 6. Illumined revelation from dreams, visions, dialogue journaling, and prophecy. Each pillar is grounded in a scripture reference and Dr. Patty shares stories and tips about how to connect with God in each one. She shares a story of what it looks like to make a decision when all of the six pillars line up. Jesus shows you what you need to do to align with a decision you are wrestling with in your encountering exercise.
