In this "how-to" episode, we will address the importance of sharing your testimonial stories. Your life stories can bring hope, healing and show the realness of God to people who need Him. Your life represents the unique journey of a lifetime of stories. Dr. Patty shares five purposes for sharing your testimonies and the scriptural reasons and commands connected with them. Dr. Patty shares a quick list of questions that you can ask Jesus to help you identify your stories and how to easily tell them. A short film clip beautifully demonstrates the key steps to sharing your testimony. Jesus will either bring to mind a time in your life that can be turned into a testimonial and walks you through it. Or He can speak to you about a time that someone else's story changed your life to ground you in the importance of telling your stories in your Experience Jesus encounter time.

In this "how-to" episode, we will look at the rhema of God and it's connection to faith and the Jesus' Name, Bread of Life. Rhema is the living spoken word of God that is always tested against the Logos, or the written Word of God. How does God speak in Rhema with fresh revelation today? What is the connection of God's rhema to faith? Dr. Patty goes through a series of scriptures and examines the Greek meanings of them to gain special insight. Jesus called Himself the Bread of Life. What can we learn about spiritual bread through understanding physical bread? Dr. Patty welcomes Dr. Michelle Kirby from In All Things Ministry as they dive into the "how-to's" of offensive spiritual warfare. To fight offensively, we must learn to pray God's prayers God's way. It's all about agreeing with God for who He is and who you are in Him. Jesus shares why it is important to pray with more authority and power in this kingdom season. Dr. Michelle sheds light on the authority and power of the believer to pray from God's higher vantage point and clarifies the impact of the rhythm of 'coming in and going out' with God. The ladies discuss some offensive prayer strategies as well as a list of weapons you may not have realized you had to fight the enemy's schemes. Both share stories of how using these weapons can have a powerful impact and lead to victory in your life. Jesus shows you an area for which He wants you to pray with more authority, and shows you how to do that in your Experience Jesus encounter.

In this "how-to" and identity episode we will explore what it takes to welcome the Holy Spirit and allow Him to fully occupy your heart so you may be and do all that He created you for. Dr. Patty shares how the definition of the promised land for the old covenant Israelites differs from the new covenant Jesus followers today. What does God's promise of presence, property and people relate to your destined calling? How much of your heart does God want you to surrender? What can it look like in your life when you learn how to walk by the Spirit and what's the process to get there? Jesus offers insight into what it looks like when you allow God to occupy more and more of your heart. He also addresses the issues of "self" and identifies it as the biggest barrier to you fulfilling your calling. In this "identity" episode, Dr. Patty dives into what it looks like to reflect true Biblical Christianity as compared to the counterfeit worldviews of the Pharisees of the Bible or the modern-day self-righteous religious spirit and the New Age belief system. She is referencing what she learned from the book Am I Being Deceived? by Drs. Mark and Patti Virkler. No one counterfeits anything that is not real or valuable. True Biblical Christianity combines the Word of God with the Holy Spirit with His interpretation and power. the New Age belief system is Lie number one which espouses the belief in the spiritual realm apart from God as its source and leader. So it is spirit without the Bible as a guide. This lie opens participants to dark spiritual forces that can damage the soul and keep them from eternal life. Pharisaicalsm or the self-righteous religious spirit believes in the Word of God apart from the Holy Spirit. This worldview as people begin with their own minds to understand the Bible, with an emphasis on the rules of the Bible, being known more for what they are against than what they are for. Leaving out the Holy Spirit and His nature and character causes them to reflect an unloving, distant, and punishing God. Dr. Patty summarizes an interesting Barna Research study on the worldview of American Christians that reveals the costs of believing and living according to the counterfeits. Jesus shares His heart on this subject and leads you on a path to discover His will for you in the Experience Jesus encounter time.

Like in any marriage, trust, and partnership are the key goals of the Bridegroom and bride relationship that God desires. Jesus shares the connection between these truths and your calling. What are the costs of saying "yes" to God's marriage proposal, and what is lost when you say "no"? Jesus will show you what is gained when you cross the threshold with Him in your encounter experience.

Dr. Patty invites Pastor and Author of Deborah Needed in the Church Today; Empowering Women for All Levels of Leadership to discuss lessons from key women in the Bible. She shares her own story of being taught that women do not have a role in leading in the church and how the Lord called her to leadership in spite of that belief system. She shares some of the lessons that the Lord taught her in that journey and how God created both men and women in His image to be different but complementary. She describes the cultural differences between the genders and how God created us to be like two legs, that can run when both perspectives are honored. Dr. Patty and Dessa talk about several Biblical women in addition to Deborah that teach us how women lead differently than men, but still with great effect. Then they shift to other women in the bible that teach heart lessons based upon their life stories and we can see how God uses them to advance His kingdom purposes uniquely as women of great devotion. Jesus shares His heart on the subject and then has a different discussion with men and women about how to embrace the truth and run in cooperation as two legs toward the plans God has for them in the Experience Jesus encounter time.

What three perspectives about Jesus that are simultaneously true and how can you switch to God's perspective when you understand them? What is the hidden trap of satan that you need to be aware of that robs you of your peace and gives the enemy land in your heart? What can you do to break free from that bondage and avoid that trap in the future? Jesus shares insight about when it may be His will for you to remove yourself from people or situations in order to guard your heart. And He shows you your heart and walks you through what you need to do to break free and step back under his protection in your Experience Jesus encountering time.

This episode is part of a three-part series inspired by questions posed by a sincere skeptic wrestling with what he describes as three major conundrums about God and Christianity.
