In this "How-To" episode, we will look at how to make decisions that are aligned with God's perfect will using a model called The Leader's Paradigm, or as I like to refer to it as; the Six Pillars of Decision Making by Dr. Mark Virkler. We will dive into each of these six ways God gives direction in detail: 1. Illumined Scripture, 2. Illumined thoughts, 3. Illumined witness in your heart, 4. Illumined counsel by others, 5. Illumined understanding of life experiences and 6. Illumined revelation from dreams, visions, dialogue journaling, and prophecy. Each pillar is grounded in a scripture reference and Dr. Patty shares stories and tips about how to connect with God in each one. She shares a story of what it looks like to make a decision when all of the six pillars line up. Jesus shows you what you need to do to align with a decision you are wrestling with in your encountering exercise.

In the "How-to" episode, you will learn the basics of how God speaks through your dreams and how you can interpret what He is saying through them. Dr. Patty shares tips and answers common questions like: How can you increase your ability to remember your dreams? Why should you care about your dreams? Why does God speak through your dreams and what are the basic Biblical dream interpretation principles and steps. Dr. Patty simplifies and demystifies the interpretation of symbols in your dreams and shares several examples of working out the process of interpretation using her own dreams. Jesus shares some insights about why He wants to speak to you through dreams and answers questions about your own reoccurring dream in your encountering time with Him. This "How To" episode is a compilation of tips that will help you discern God's will through dialogue journaling and scripture research. Learn how to discern the scripture from the Author of the Word directly. We will review the basics of how to connect with God using the entire language of the heart with both physical and spiritual senses. Discern the difference between God's voice, the enemy's voice, and your voice. Receive some practical tips on how to capture the flow of the Holy Spirit and what to do when you are stuck. Learn how to find the promises of God in the Word, and how to find the conditions that need to be met, and how to pray in agreement with God's will so you can pull those promises down from heaven. Practice all of these skills with Jehovah Jireh as you call on Him personally using all of these tips to address a provisional need that you have and see how the Lord wants to provide for it supernaturally.

Understanding the Heavenly Father and the essential nature of childlike faith is critical for living a victorious Christian life.
