In this "how-to" episode, we look at the importance of resting in the Lord and contrast it with striving in your own strength. All nature and created things naturally obey the designs and voice of God except for humans because of our free will and the fall of Adam and Eve. So there is a lot to learn about how to abide in the flow of the Lord by watching how animals and the elements do it. There are fascinating spiritual lessons in the soaring capabilities of the condor, the wind and the waves, and even the flow of a river.
